Role Description: EGIS Careers is partnering with a prestigious multi-billion dollar family office located in New York City to hire an Associate . The Associate will play a crucial role in assisting across a range of investment verticals, including media, sports, technology, and other opportunistic sectors. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and contribute to strategic investment decisions, while gaining exposure to a diverse portfolio of high-growth industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the evaluation and execution of investments across multiple sectors, with a focus on media, sports, and technology.
• Conduct due diligence, financial modeling, and market research to identify new investment opportunities.
• Assist in the preparation of investment materials, including presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior team members to manage and monitor portfolio investments.
• Work closely with other departments within the family office to align on strategy and investment goals.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of investment banking (IB) experience and 1-2 years of private equity (PE) or venture capital (VC) experience.
• Bachelor's and/or post-graduate degree from a top academic institution.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Must be based in New York City.
