The role requires a leader with a proven track record in fostering a team-oriented culture, strong leadership skills, and a solid understanding of strategic concepts. Experience in startup environments and skilled trades is advantageous. The ideal candidate will be adept at driving results, developing competitive strategies, and aligning the organization with the local business community.
