We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal person for this position will love to work outdoors. They will be a self- starter who has the ability to work independently with minimal oversight and guidance. They will handle all matters with integrity and embrace the concept and requirements of delivering "resort-quality service". Responsibilities:
- Operate power tools and hand tools to complete assigned tasks.
- Perform routine maintenance duties.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas
Experience:
Requirements: Requirements for this position are that you have:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record;
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.;
- Reliable transportation to and from work;
- Able to work long hours in different types of weather;
- Previous experience with power tools and hand tools is preferred
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance is beneficial
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
