About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable Picker/Packer Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position plays an essential role in ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped in a timely manner. Responsibilities:
Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
Operate within established safety and quality standards
Maintain organization and cleanliness in work areas
Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
Follow directions and adapt quickly to changes in tasks or priorities
Collaborate with team members to support overall warehouse operations
Requirements:
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must be reliable with strong attendance and punctuality
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods as required by warehouse operations
