What's your role - Pharmacy Manager As a Pharmacy Manager at Rexall, you'll ensure excellence in patient care, customer service, and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities include:
- Community Leadership: Actively promote Rexall's positive image by participating in community business groups and health and wellness initiatives
- Patient Care: Provide professional advice on prescriptions, healthy living products, services, and OTC products, fostering excellent customer service and loyalty
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company procedures, policies, professional standards, and applicable laws
- Leadership: Demonstrate exceptional Leadership - bringing energy, passion, and strong communication skills
- Financial Growth: Drive the store's financial growth and maintain robust financial health
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate all pharmacy staff to ensure optimal staffing and efficient operations
Qualifications to succeed - Licensed Pharmacist in Province of interest
- Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced team
- Commitment to professional standards and regulatory compliance
