As a Personal Lines Account Manager, youll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive outstanding service. Youll oversee client service, policy changes, coverage reviews, coverage adjustments, carrier changes, policy payments, with standard and surplus lines carriers. This role is expected to maintain strong relationships with existing clients and the rest of our personal service team. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will contribute to our agencys success.
