This NYC-based fashion and lifestyle brand is known for its modern designs, engaged community, and strong presence across DTC and retail. As they continue to expand, they are looking for a Paid Ads Manager (Social Media) to take their digital advertising strategy to the next level.
The Role
As Paid Ads Manager , youll oversee social media ad strategy, campaign execution, and performance optimization across platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Pinterest. Youll be responsible for maximizing ad spend efficiency, driving conversions, and scaling brand awareness.
What Youll Do
Plan & Execute Paid Social Campaigns Develop and launch performance-driven campaigns across key social platforms.
Manage Budgets & Optimize Performance Track ad spend, adjust bids, and refine targeting to maximize ROI.
A/B Testing & Creative Strategy Test different ad creatives, audiences, and messaging to identify winning strategies.
Analyze & Report on Results Provide insights on campaign performance and suggest improvements for scaling.
Collaborate with Marketing & Creative Teams Work closely with content creators to ensure ad creatives align with brand messaging.
