Available Positions & Key ResponsibilitiesSales Professionals
Provide exceptional, pressure-free customer experiences
Build relationships and guide guests through meaningful purchases
Maintain expert product knowledge and uphold company standards
Sales Assistants
Support the sales team with guest service and showroom operations
Assist with merchandising, gift wrapping, and maintaining displays
Learn the jewelry industry from the inside out in a fun, hands-on role
Hosts / Hostesses
Welcome and engage guests with warmth and enthusiasm
Manage check-ins, offer refreshments, and ensure a smooth flow of traffic
Set the tone for an outstanding in-store experience
Support Staff
Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory, and logistics
Help keep the showroom and stock areas organized and efficient
Ensure the team has what they need to deliver five-star service
