Job Description Job Description Job Summary: The Office Support/Assistant will perform various routine clerical duties to support the organization. Supervisory Responsibilities: · None. Duties/Responsibilities: · Answers phone, directs calls to appropriate individuals, and prepares messages · Addressing customer concerns · Sales and Customer Service · Prepare and mail/email Invoices and billing · Billing and receiving payments from customers accordingly · Schedule jobs on Pool Trac and manage Calendar · Prepare quotes and follow up via phone · Review pool techs' log and service calls, and addresses accordingly · Copies, sorts, and files records related to office activities, business transactions, and other matters · Prepare letters, memos, forms, and reports according to written or verbal instructions · Assist in maintaining office supplies · Maintains filing systems either manually or electronically · Performs other related duties as assigned, including inventory, special projects, events, meetings, etc. · Adhere to company policies and procedures Required Skills/Abilities: · Ability to type at least 45 words per minute · Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills · Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail · Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Education and Experience: · High school diploma or equivalent required. · Clerical and customer service experience preferred Physical Requirements: · Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer · Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times Company Description A-Quality Pool Service is part of the Cody Pools family.
