  • Pay Range: $20.61-$25.98
  • \n
  • \n

    \n

    Vacation: 80 hours after 1 year of service

    \n

    Sick: (1) one hour accrued for every 40 hours worked

    \n \n

    Other benefits: company 401K plan with 3% company match, 9 holidays after probation period of 6 months

Responsibilities:

\n
    \n
  • Drive one of several different shuttle or company non-revenue vehicles in a safe, courteous, and reliable manner throughout the contracted service area within a daily assigned time schedule.
  • \n
  • Maintain a strong attendance record.
  • \n
  • Perform pre/post trip vehicle inspections as required.
  • \n
  • Possess a functional knowledge of the demographics of the service area.
  • \n
  • Stop at designated points to load and/or unload passengers.
  • \n
  • May assist in the boarding of passengers using wheelchairs or other mobility aids and is required to properly secure wheelchairs and scooters.
  • \n
  • Notify dispatch of deviations, overload, accidents, passenger incidents, medical/behavioral problems, or bus mechanical/electrical trouble.
  • \n
  • Assure that fares are deposited into the fare box and dispenses information. Advises passengers of rules and regulations when necessary.
  • \n
  • Complete and submit written reports concerning passengers and all accidents.
  • \n
  • Operate on-board computer equipment, fare boxes and destination signs.
  • \n
  • Consistently provide great customer service
  • \n
  • Assume any and all other duties assigned.
  • \n

Requirements:

  • 21 years or older
  • \n
  • Valid driver’s license for at least three years
  • \n
  • Excellent verbal communication & customer service skills
  • \n
  • Subject to DOT drug testing. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including marijuana, for any reason.
  • \n
  • DOT medical card required. (We pay exam fee!)
  • \n
\n
