Job Details Our client, a Global Law Firm, seeking a Conflicts and New Business Analyst to join our Risk & Compliance team. Reporting to the Head of Risk & Compliance (US), this role plays a key part in managing business intake risk, conducting conflict checks, and supporting AML and reputational risk reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze conflict checks and new client intake forms
- Identify and escalate conflicts, AML, and reputational risks
- Conduct due diligence for new matters, hires, and third parties
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure compliance with internal policies
- Maintain ethical walls and documentation for client/matter onboarding
- Support continuous improvement of conflict and risk processes
What Youll Bring:
- Bachelors degree required
- 35+ years experience in conflicts, compliance, or legal risk (law firm or similar)
- Strong analytical skills, judgment, and attention to detail
- Familiarity with conflicts rules under the ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct
- Experience with legal tech platforms (e.g., Intapp, iManage, or similar) required
- Proficiency with Thomson Reuters 3E Financial Management, Intapp Open, and Wallbuilder preferred
