Job Description

Private family living in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (Rittenhouse) looking to  hire a Nanny who has experience with newborns. 

The Ideal Candidate: My wife and I have two children: a 2 year old boy and a newborn girl. Our son is in school M-F 8:30AM – 4:30PM. The main responsibility for the nanny will be taking care of our newborn. As our son comes back from school, the nanny can either continue helping with the newborn or helping us with our son as we take care of the newborn. 

What Works Best for Family: We are looking for someone that is patient, mature, has raised their own children, has experience with newborns and households with multiple children, and communicates efficiently.

Position Responsibilities

• Childcare:2 Children, Ages newborn and 2 year old- but primary focus is baby
• Housekeeping: Light Housekeeping Required
• Cooking: Children's Meals Only
• Laundry: Family Laundry
• Driving: Preferred, Not Required- parking spot available

Position Requirements

• Work Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Languages: English
• Experience:Years of Experience
• References: Minimum of 2 References
• Background: Background check upon contingent offer of hire
• Personality Traits: mature, good work ethic, patient, professional, warm, not too chatty

Position Compensation

• Salary:$98,000-$109,000 per year including OT – depending on experience
• Living Accommodations: Live Out
• Vacation: 2 weeks
• Health Insurance- Possibly a stipend depending on hourly rate
• Additional Benefits: Federal holidays off and paid
