We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Music Therapist to join our healthcare team, using evidence-based techniques to enhance emotional, cognitive, and physical well-being across diverse populations.

• Develop and implement personalized music therapy treatment plans for patients with conditions like autism, dementia, mental health issues, and recovery from addiction.
• Conduct individual and group sessions utilizing behavioral, art, dance, and recreational therapies to promote emotional expression and social skills.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care and document activities in compliance with HIPAA and billing standards.
• Educate families and caregivers to reinforce therapeutic progress outside sessions.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and safety standards.

Requirements: Certification as a Music Therapist (MT-BC), experience with diverse populations, knowledge of behavioral therapy, medical documentation, and HIPAA compliance. Experience in behavioral health or rehabilitative services is preferred.
This contractual 1099 role offers a flexible schedule and an opportunity to make a meaningful impact through creative interventions in home and community settings. Must pass background and drug screening.
