MORTGAGE LOS SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR / ENCOMPASS SYSTEMS ANALYST

LOCATION: DES MOINES, IOWA * ONSITE IN OFFICE

ENCOMPASS SYSTEM LOS LOAN ORIGINATION SYSTEMS ANALYST / CONFIGURATION ANALYST

Mortgage Systems Administrator to Sys Admin, manage, configure, support & enhance key platforms like ICE Encompass, ICE Black Knight, SimpleNexus, OR will consider any type of LOS.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Design, configure, test, and implement system enhancements, business rules, workflows, and forms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on anything new and ongoing system improvements
• Maintain core system setup and functionality across mortgage operations
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, manage user access, and support end users
• Lead QA efforts and support UAT for system updates and vendor changes
• Create and maintain documentation, user guides, and internal policies
• Analyze trends and generate reports to support business operations

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• 3–5 years of experience in mortgage system administration, configuration, or development
• Strong experience with ICE Encompass, (Ellie Mae), and/or ICE Black Knight highly preferred
• Mortgage LOS Loan Origination Systems Analyst / Systems Administration/ Configuration analyst experience with Empower OR ENCOMPASS Loan Origination System
• Systems administration
• Configuration requirements:
• Adding Forms, Workflows, Business rules, and documents.
• Documentation
• Business configuration experience
• Workflow knowledge
• Technical Systems admin experience with Configuration and Integration experience
• User Training
• Testing: testing vendor updates when necessary
• Troubleshoot systems when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Financial services or mortgage industry background required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with change management and cross-functional collaboration
