A welder is responsible for performing welding processes for the fabrication and assembly of metal carts, cabinets, or stainless tables and carts. The role requires the ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, twist, stoop, pull, push, assemble, and carry for extended periods, up to 10 hours per day.
Determine the appropriate welding process, equipment, or method based on product requirements.
Set up components for welding according to job specifications.
Follow all safe manufacturing, material handling, and PPE procedures.
Adhere to written and verbal directions to complete assignments or jobs.
MIG welding
Welding certificate or 1-3 years of on-the-job MIG welding experience
Ability to combine schooling and on-the-job experience
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
