Responsibilities

1. Review & evaluate our clients' health care plan needs
2. Make recommendations obtaining supplemental insurance
3. Understanding their options for prescription drug, vision and dental
4. Independently work of data entry, e-filing, document scanning, and other

office duties as requested by the Department Director

1. Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English
• Minimum 1 year of in health insurance field is preferred
• Licensed in health insurance is a plus
• Proficient in computer skills - MS Office: Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, professional phone etiquette

Salary & Benefits
