Intimate Wellness Institute is the region's only medical center exclusively for Urogynecology, Aesthetic Gynecology, Advanced Women's Care and Menopause care. This premier Women's Health practice, located in Midlothian, VA, is seeking an Office Manager to join its team. In this role, you'll play a key part in coordinating all administrative functions, ensuring our team works seamlessly. We're looking for a versatile professional with unwavering integrity, strong management skills, the ability to make sound decisions under pressure, and a commitment to maintaining efficient office operations. Medical knowledge, billing experience, excellent organizational abilities, and a capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. Our practice includes three providers, seven staff and one location. As our Office Manager, you will provide leadership, supervision, and direction to office staff, handling the following key responsibilities: Collaborate closely with providers to ensure efficient patient care and workflow. Coordinate all scheduling to include physician schedules, on-call schedules, patient and staff scheduling. Promote a positive work culture for all staff members. Address and resolve patient or family concerns in a timely, thorough manner. Coach, counsel, and manage staff performance, providing feedback and appraising results. Oversee billing staff to ensure proper and efficient billing and collections. Serve as the practices liaison with outside vendors such as practice consultant, IT and other vendors. Perform additional duties as needed to support seamless office operations. Qualifications: 2-5 years of experience in a medical office environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook and EHR (NextGen preferred) Medical billing experience Experience with insurance contracting and compliance Professional demeanor and appearance Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong conflict resolution skills Ability to be resourceful and proactive in handling issues Strong organizational skills Effective multitasking and time-management skills with prioritization capabilities Schedule: Monday - Friday, 830 AM-5 PM Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 depending upon experience Benefits: Paid time off 401(k) Profit Sharing Health insurance paid by employer (employee only) Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid Time Off If you have a positive, can-do attitude and are excited to contribute to a growing practice, we encourage you to apply!
