Your strengths are production planning, scheduling and forecasting within manufacturing. You work seamlessly among all facets of the supply chain and operations to ensure material availability precisely when needed. You think critically and strategically about business needs. Responsibilities:

• Oversee planning function for all material requirements and production schedules
• Establish plan according to capacity and assess performance
• Develop performance metrics
• Work cross functionally with purchasing, operations, engineering, etc to meet business needs
• Lead and supervise team of ~15 direct reports including warehouse, material handlers, shipping/receiving

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; may replace with experience
• 7+ years of progressive planning and broad based supply chain experience
• 3+ years of supervisory experience

Skills:

• Proactive communication and problem solving
• Take decisive action with high degree of accuracy
• Offer suggestions / solutions related to efficiency, productivity, and minimizing waste

About the role:

• Full Time, Direct Hire
• Mon – Fri; 7a-4p / 8a-5p – salaried role with some flexibility
• 100% on site role
• Comp / Benefits – 110-120K DOE; employer/employee supported medical, dental and vision plans, paid time off, and 401k with company match
