Description A company in North Houston is in need of an experienced Marketing Executive Assistant/Event Planner for a long term, possible contract to hire role. This will be an in-office role. Duties include planning company events, organizing tours, scheduling and setting up large lunch events, planning and coordinating company celebrations, supporting the marketing team, and other administrative support functions. Ideal candidate will have a creative and innovative mindset with the ability to be flexible. Will need a minimum of 5 years experience in the event planning and marketing space with great attention to detail and communication skills.
