POSITION SUMMARY:

This position will assist the Marketing team with day-to-day marketing activities and responsibilities, including social media, digital content, marketing events, and market research.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with the marketing team (division, regional and corporate) to develop, execute and evaluate marketing strategies, concepts, and ideas for communities and homes for the division.
  • Help manage and monitor online content including Lennar.com, landing pages, paid promotions, and social media.
  • Help create online content, including writing copy, taking video, researching ideas and conceiving of new ideas.
  • Help create and manage eMarketing activities for internal and external customers and homeowners, including eblasts and newsletters Assist with external and internal events, both virtual and in-person.
  • Help create and maintain accurate inventory of sales and marketing collateral and assets including photography, floorplans, elevations, and tours.
  • Communicate campaign deliverables, objectives and timelines to their team while providing instructions for promotion or use.
  • Coordinate reports, supplies, signage and invoices.
  • In addition, the candidate will be required to cross train with the other support staff in the Sales and Marketing Department.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • One (1) year of marketing, organizational and/or administrative experience preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Unrestricted Motor Vehicle License
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred
  • Proficient in creative programs and adaptive to learning new platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently on multiple projects and work collaboratively within a team
  • Excellent organization & communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects based on deadlines
  • Proficient in social media and digital media
  • Detail-oriented and proactive
  • Strong time management skills
  • Accurate keyboarding ability
  • Excellent grammatical & mathematical skills
  • Takes pride in work
  • Graphic design experience a plus
  • SalesForce knowledge a plus
  • Tableau knowledge a plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Position requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard.

General Overview of Compensation & Benefits:

We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an hourly rate of $20.08 - $29, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor/living, etc.), and operational considerations.
