Content Writer - B2B Marketing (Supply Chain & Technology)

We're a fast-paced B2B marketing agency looking for a talented Content Writer to craft compelling content for clients in the supply chain and technology sectors. In this role, you'll transform technical and often unfamiliar information into clear, attention-grabbing communications that resonate with our clients' audiences.

What You'll Do

As a key member of the content team, your responsibilities will include:

Writing, editing, and proofreading content across various formats, including:
Engaging social media posts (LinkedIn, Facebook, X) that align with platform best practices
Long-form content such as case studies, white papers, and industry articles that establish thought leadership
Product and service brochures that blend technical details with persuasive messaging
Press releases, editorial responses, and guest articles for media relations and PR campaigns
Infographics, video scripts, and presentations to create visually compelling narratives
Website copy optimized for user experience (UX) and search engine visibility (SEO)
Short-form content like email campaigns and digital ads that capture attention and drive action
Recommending the best content formats based on topics and marketing goals
Attending client meetings and conducting subject matter expert interviews
Researching and self-educating to deepen industry knowledge and enhance content quality
Collaborating with designers to ensure strong visual support for content
Staying informed on industry trends, client updates, and market developments

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will:

Have experience producing client-ready work with minimal revisions
Be highly adaptable to feedback and able to implement changes quickly
Demonstrate strong research and organizational skills
Be committed to becoming an industry expert, learning client and agency processes
Proactively ask questions and take initiative in understanding new concepts
Be able to synthesize multiple sources (interviews, outlines, research) into clear and compelling written content
Have experience writing for niche B2B audiences in complex industries
Excel at multitasking and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Understand SEO best practices and web traffic metrics

What You Need to Succeed

Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or a related field
4+ years of experience in a B2B marketing agency or communications role
Strong command of AP Style writing standards
A personal vendetta against unnecessary Oxford commas (just kidding—but a strong grasp of grammar is a must!)
