POSITION: Marketing Associate (40 hours per week, M-F 8:30-5:30) Helen Jon is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support our growing brand across a range of marketing initiatives — with a primary focus on social media and content/asset management. This role will play a key part in planning, scheduling, and optimizing content across platforms to drive engagement and reflect our brand voice. In addition, the associate will support email marketing, website updates, loyalty programs, and more. Responsibilities: Plan and schedule social media content across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and LinkedIn using Later Engage with followers, respond to messages, and report on social and influencer performance Maintain and optimize email and SMS flows in Klaviyo; build new segments and automations Support Smile.io loyalty and referral programs; develop marketing ideas to grow participation Upload new products and images to Shopify using spreadsheets and organized assets Update website visuals and collection pages Launch and manage Shopify Collective Organize, rename, and maintain lifestyle and studio images in Dropbox for marketing and PR (Bonus) Edit or resize imagery for web and email use using Photoshop or similar tools Format and upload blog content to the Shopify backend Maintain press and influencer content Research and implement keywords for SEO across product, blog, and site content Fix broken links and archive sold-out products to improve site performance Curate and share Dropbox folders with product imagery for wholesale buyers Skills & Qualifications: Highly organized with strong attention to detail Proactive, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks Interest in digital marketing, content creation, and eCommerce Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable using or willing to learn tools such as: Shopify, Klaviyo, Later, Dropbox, Google Analytics, Photoshop (bonus) Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Previous marketing experience — especially in social media, eCommerce, or digital content creation — is preferred , but we’re open to training a motivated candidate with a strong interest in the field.
