Role Overview

As our Paid Search Account Manager, you’ll serve as the strategic partner and day-to-day contact for your portfolio of clients. You’ll lead paid media campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, and YouTube, while also educating, reporting to, and collaborating closely with your clients to ensure long-term success.

This role requires a sharp communicator who thrives on both results and relationships. You’ll translate performance data into meaningful strategy, manage budgets effectively, and help clients scale through clear direction, insight, and care.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, insights, and recommendations.
  • Strategize, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube.
  • Report on campaign performance with a focus on ROI, ROAS, and lead quality.
  • Translate complex data into easy-to-understand narratives for clients.
  • Collaborate with creative, copy, and web teams to ensure aligned, high-converting deliverables.
  • Use analytics tools to assess performance and inform strategic pivots.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, algorithm updates, and new ad tools or features.
  • Assist with SEO or programmatic strategies as needed to support full-funnel growth.

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience managing PPC campaigns (Google/Meta); agency experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple accounts at once.
  • Passion for marketing, client service, and helping people grow their businesses.

Compensation:

  • $80k-100k base + bonus incentives tied to client account performance for $120k+ OTE.
