A Mammography Technologist performs screening and diagnostic mammographic procedures following ACR and FDA safety standards, ensuring high-quality imaging and patient care. They assist physicians during biopsy procedures, provide patient education on post-procedure care, and maintain radiation safety and equipment quality assurance. This role requires specialized certification, adherence to safety protocols, and delivering exceptional customer service in a healthcare setting.
