Job Description

Job Summary : Assists in the performance of duties necessary to keep the physical structure and associated equipment of the facility in good repair. Assists Engineering with plumbing, electrical and HVAC maintenance. Performs urgent, corrective, routine and requisitioned repairs of minor problems with the electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems. Performs maintenance duties to all physical structures of facility and complies with all building safety codes. Assists in replacing, repairing and testing electrical circuits, equipment, appliances and lighting systems as required. Performs manual duties as requested.

Regulatory Requirements: High School graduate or equivalent; specialty degree and/or certification in a related trade is preferred. Three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
