We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Developer with a strong foundation in COBOL , VSAM , JCL , DB2 , and CICS . The ideal candidate should also have expertise in scheduling tools and version control systems , demonstrating the ability to manage and execute workflows effectively while maintaining robust code management practices.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL , VSAM , JCL , DB2 , and CICS .
Leverage IBM JCL utilities, File Manager, and version control tools like Changeman or Endeavor for efficient codebase management.
Utilize scheduling tools such as TWS or CA7 to manage and execute job schedules effectively.
Collaborate in an Agile environment , using tools like Jira to track progress, manage deliverables, and ensure alignment with project goals.

Local to the Minneapolis and available for hybrid work

Strong proficiency in Mainframe technologies: COBOL, VSAM, JCL, DB2, and CICS.
Hands-on experience with IBM JCL utilities and File Manager .
Proficiency in version control tools such as Changeman or Endeavor.
Familiarity with scheduling tools like TWS or CA7.
