Job Description

Start date: 15th January, 2025
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am - 6pm (50hours) with flexibility for late evenings, weekends and holidays, including travel. 

Compensation: $100 - $120k + BOE, health stipend, 2 weeks PTO, 3-5 sick days, paid federal holidays (paid overtime if worked). 

Travel requirements: Must have valid passport for Europe travel (Spring break + some time in summer) and Bahamas for other vacations.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nanny to provide exceptional childcare for a family with 3 children between the ages of 4-10 years old. The ideal candidate is energetic, fit, and creative and makes time with the children fun. Must be willing to travel, work sometimes on weekend or holidays upon request. You will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and high-quality care for children
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals and snacks
• Organize creative and educational activities
• Manage daily routines and schedules
• Perform light housekeeping duties related to childcare

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Full-time Nanny
• Excellent understanding of child development in different age stages
• Ability to come up with creative ideas to educate and engage children
• Multitasking skills and ability to manage more than one child at a time
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• French speaking is a plus
