Job Summary
The Assembler is responsible for performing a range of production assembly operations involving electronic and mechanical components and subassemblies. This role includes assembling modules, circuit boards, panels, frames, and cables according to engineering diagrams and specifications. The Assembler ensures product quality and functionality through accurate workmanship, inspection, and testing. Work may include both repetitive and non-repetitive tasks depending on production needs.
Job Responsibilities
Assemble electronic and/or mechanical components, subassemblies, and systems according to detailed drawings and diagrams
Perform initial layouts, fit, and alignment of parts using hand and power tools
Conduct continuity checks and functional testing on in-process and completed assemblies
Inspect parts and assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
Disassemble, modify, rework, and reassemble experimental or prototype assemblies as required
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and follow established production and safety procedures
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve assembly or quality issues
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Basic mechanical and/or electronic assembly skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measurement instruments
Attention to detail with commitment to producing quality work
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment

Must maintain regular attendance and punctuality
