Now Hiring: Industrial Assembler – Build Custom Pumps, Build Your Future $20/hour

Location: Rochester, NY | Schedule: First Shift | Type : Contract-to-Hire

What You’ll Do

• Assemble custom pump systems from detailed blueprints—no two builds are the same.
• Work with a variety of pump models tailored to unique customer needs.
• Use hand and power tools to bring precision-engineered designs to life.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of mechanical or assembly experience (or a strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn).
• Blueprint reading skills and confidence with hand/power tools.
• Bonus experience includes:
  • Plumbing (PVC or stainless steel)
  • Carpentry or woodworking
  • Plastic fabrication or welding knowledge

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
