Please know this is an independent contractor position. We are looking for serious inquiries only as we strive to provide great service to our clients. You must already have the will and skills to service our clients. You must have reliable transportation, a laptop, and excellent time management skills. Must be able to respond to emails on a regular basis and be able to problem solve. Must be able to follow basic directions in order to complete daily task. Contractor must be able to complete documentation by the weekly and monthly deadlines. Contractor must be able to attend staffing bi-weekly either face to face or via the web. Contractor must have knowledge of google drive and must be able to complete at least 40 hours of service a month. Contractor must have availability and flexibility as all client's schedules are different and some require evening and weekend availability. Contractor is paid on the 7th & 22nd of the month. .

L.A.S.E.R Project's services are family driven so that individuals do not return home to the same barriers which may have led to their unfortunate circumstance.
A mentor is a person who advises, teaches, and guides the person or persons he/she mentors (the mentee). Mentors might shadow new employees at work, students at a college or university, or recovering drug or alcohol addicts. A good mentor actively listens to the mentee, helps that person build his/her self-esteem and confidence, pushes the mentee to achieve his/her goals, and offers stability and positive reinforcement in the mentee's life.
