Job Description
Conduct clinical assessments and reassessments with referred customers.
Review medical and health-related documents using standard procedures.
Perform bio psychosocial assessments with approved questionnaires and techniques.
Evaluate Social Security Administration disability assessments.
Conduct mental health evaluations for identified customers.
Identify customer functional limitations and determine capacity outcomes.
Coordinate additional assessments and review activities as needed.
Collaborate with Review Physicians and Evaluating Clinicians to support assessments.
Work with Engagement Specialists for follow-up outreach.
Compile and sign off on clinical assessment reports.
Interpret assessment findings with service staff to inform planning.
Use motivational interviewing techniques during assessments.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Adhere to policies and procedures related to clinical assessments.
Qualifications
Must be a licensed or certified health professional (LCSW, CRC, LMHC, or equivalent).
Minimum of four years’ clinical assessment experience.
Experience in fast-paced, team environments with performance focus.
Exceptional customer service and engagement skills, including motivational interviewing.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with publicly-funded programs, preferably TANF.
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
Proficiency with electronic systems.
Additional Information
Confidentiality maintained per EEO guidelines. Salary: $65K-$70K.
