Join Our Team as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (Full-Time)

In this role, you’ll provide essential therapeutic services and support individuals and families in their healing journey.

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

Your Role Will Include:

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions focused on fostering growth and resilience.
• Conduct assessments to understand client needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Keep detailed records of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client achievements.
• Partner with other mental health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Provide immediate support to clients in crisis, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Engage in ongoing education to stay informed about the latest practices in mental health care.

Requirements

Qualifications:

· Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.

· Must hold a valid LMFT license in the state.

· Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping others

· Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
