Position Details:

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
• Annual Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 annually + benefits

Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct therapy sessions focused on mental health and relationship dynamics.
• Perform evaluations and craft tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapy methods to help clients manage their challenges.
• Keep clear and organized records of client sessions and treatment progress.
• Work collaboratively with management and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• LMFT license in California (active and in good standing).
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
• Strong background in clinical assessment and treatment planning.
