The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) position offers an opportunity to establish or enhance a private practice with the support of Headway, which facilitates insurance handling, marketing assistance, and flexible scheduling for mental health clinicians. Professionals are equipped to conduct psychotherapy sessions and manage medication, providing vital mental health support. Candidates must possess a master's degree in social work, hold an active license, and have malpractice insurance to qualify for this independent practice model.

Wage: Between $95-$122 an hour
