Overview HDR is an employee-owned company seeking qualified individuals to provide project, geographic and technical leadership in stormwater management programs within HDR’s Stormwater Program. HDR is ranked #5 in ENR's 2021 Top Water Design Firm rankings. Our stormwater services are aimed at improving resiliency, sustainability, and safety of communities. Our nation’s stormwater systems are being upgraded and rebuilt to adapt to climate change as well as unique local challenges including growth, regulatory challenges and underinvestment. HDR’s planners, engineers and utility management experts are leading the way on complex water infrastructure projects. We are seeking Design Professionals, Program Leaders, and Technical Analysts to serve engineers of record, technical practice leaders, client advisors and group managers with expertise and interest in working on complex stormwater infrastructure and management projects.
