Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare sector, is seeking a dedicated Lead Oracle ERP Tester to join their dynamic team. As a Lead Oracle ERP Tester, you will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance department supporting large-scale Oracle Cloud ERP implementations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent collaboration abilities, and a proactive approach to quality assurance, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Houston, TX (hybrid Remote)

What's the Job?

• Define and guide testing strategies for Oracle Cloud ERP implementations
• Develop and maintain comprehensive testing plans to ensure system integrity
• Collaborate with implementation partners to uphold quality standards
• Conduct integration testing across multiple interconnected systems
• Prepare and present testing status reports for executive review

What's Needed?

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise application testing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP testing
• Healthcare sector experience is highly preferred
• Proven success in testing large, complex ERP systems
• Expertise in testing finance modules, labor management, supply chain applications, and infrastructure deployments
