Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented law student to join our team as an Intern/Clerk. This is an excellent opportunity for a law student to gain practical experience in a fast-paced legal setting and work alongside experienced attorneys. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Conducting legal research and analysis
* Drafting legal documents (e.g., memos, pleadings, correspondence)
* Assisting with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness materials
* Reviewing and summarizing discovery materials
* Attending depositions, hearings, and client meetings (as appropriate)
* Maintaining case files and managing deadlines
* General administrative support as needed
