Role: Acquisitions (for mineral & royalty rights)

Type: Full Time, Entry Level

Start Date: Flexible; the sooner the better

Compensation: Combination of W-2 Salary (commensurate with experience), plus Commissions (1099)

Description: You will report to and assist the Director of Acquisitions and Divestment in efforts to both buy and sell mineral & royalty rights throughout the Lower 48 United States.

Responsibilities:

• Using Enverus products to build evaluations, API-NRI Master Lists, Land Schedules, and Revenue Summaries
• Land Work- Confirming Net Mineral Acres (NMA) owned, and Net Revenue Interests (NRI) in wells 
• Submitting evaluation requests to Engineering team and supplying required deal information
• Full sales cycle management for both acquisitions and divestments
• Answering phones and ingesting leads
• Using Salesforce to manage opportunities and data through acquisition process
• Data management and correctly building out assets digitally
• Negotiating offers with landowners

 

Relevant Energy or Minerals experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
