The Role

USA Land Group is looking for an Acquisitions & Dispositions Associate to help us source, evaluate, acquire, and resell rural land across the United States. You’ll support both sides of our land investment process — from building relationships with land agents and analyzing markets, to coordinating listings and tracking deal flow.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys market research, connecting with people, and managing details across multiple deals. It’s a mix of outbound communication, deal analysis, CRM tracking, and supporting partner agents in getting properties sold.

What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with land agents, brokers, and sellers through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Source potential acquisitions through platforms like Land.com and Zillow, as well as internal databases, and agent referrals.
• Research rural markets to assess zoning, population growth, utilities, and buyer demand.
• Analyze land deals using USA Land Group’s internal pricing and evaluation tools.
• Coordinate referral agreements, submit offers, and assist with due diligence steps like surveys and soil testing.
• Support the resale process by managing listings across platforms like Land.com and the USA Land Group website.
• Help maintain a pipeline of builders and buyers interested in subdivided homesites.
• Keep the CRM updated with deal progress, next steps, and timely follow-ups.

• You’re detail-oriented and able to manage multiple deals and timelines without letting things slip through the cracks.
• You’re comfortable researching markets, understanding what makes a land deal work, and identifying red flags.
• You’re tech-savvy with CRMs and spreadsheets, and you like working within organized systems.
• You’re self-motivated, take initiative, and enjoy moving deals forward in a fast-paced environment.
• You’re a team player who collaborates well but can also work independently.
