Overview Designer - Kitchen/Bath role at The Home Depot. Designers support three store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service, welcome customers, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, arrange measurements, meet with customers to review room designs, and make purchasing recommendations. Designers support In Stock by checking stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking as necessary. Designers support Store Appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to meet department and store goals. Responsibilities Provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers for kitchen and/or bath projects. Assess customer needs, conduct showroom tours, set up kitchen and/or bath measurements, review room designs, and present purchasing recommendations. Monitor and restock samples and brochures to support In Stock initiatives. Maintain an appealing and safe store environment by managing special order displays and showroom setups. Collaborate with the store team to drive sales and achieve department goals.
