This job is responsible for maintaining cleanliness of all food service areas in the Hershey Country Club.

Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):
General cleaning and sanitation of the kitchen
Loading and cleaning dish washing machine
Cleaning kitchen floors, counter tops, refrigerators, etc.
Washing pots and pans, steam kettles, etc.
Polishing silver
Performing any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to understand instructions, both written and verbal.
Job Demands:
Proper footwear must be provided by employee.
Work area subject to uncomfortable heat.
This is a part time year round position. Must be able to work a flexible schedule. The work schedule may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.
