This position involves ensuring that all kitchen tools, dishes, and equipment are spotless and well-organized, ready for action whenever needed. Responsibilities:

• Efficiently operate dishwashers, ensuring all dishes and cookware are thoroughly sanitized.
• Wash specific items by hand, such as wooden tools and large pots.
• Maintain a clean and tidy dishwasher area, free of debris.
• Regularly check cleaning equipment and dishwashing machines for proper functionality, and report any malfunctions.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as required.
