Katia Designs, a $10M e-commerce jewelry brand, is seeking a visionary leader to drive our next growth phase. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work remotely with regular in-person collaboration and includes a competitive salary, performance-based bonuses, and potential equity with a vesting schedule. Key Responsibilities: Lead integrated growth across digital and retail channels, expanding our wholesale division. Ensure outstanding customer service and brand consistency across all channels. Drive product development to introduce new offerings aligned with our brand ethos. Requirements: Proven experience in scaling multi-location fashion brands (e.g., Kendra Scott), driving significant growth. Expertise in managing customer service teams and ensuring consistent brand experiences. Ability to thrive in a hybrid environment, with travel to our headquarters for key meetings and collaboration.
