Description
We're looking for an IT Director , working in Real Estate industry in Bethesda, Maryland, United States .

• Oversees the entire IT department, including infrastructure and applications.
• Manages and oversees all stages of the development lifecycle for new projects.
• Works to deliver products on time and on budget.
• Helps to prioritize short and long term objectives.
• Maintains existing programs, seeing that necessary updates are made.
• Oversees maintenance of hardware.
• Stays up to date on security risks and ensures corporate security.
• Reports progress and challenges to senior management.
• Sees that all reported issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Experience Required for Your Success

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the technology field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role in an IT setting
• Significant experience in all phases of the development lifecycle
• Solid working knowledge of current security protocols and threats
• Hands-on experience in all relevant coding languages (C#, HTML, JavaScript)
• Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
