Job Description

Our client, an international law firm, is seeking an Internal Communications Coordinator to craft compelling content and enhance firm-wide engagement. This role is a 20 week contract role with the ability to have a hybrid schedule. This role requires a professional and detail-oriented individual with strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Write and edit internal newsletters, announcements, and firm updates.
  • Develop and execute communication strategies to support key initiatives.
  • Collaborate with designers and multimedia teams to create engaging content.
  • Manage and edit content for the firm's intranet.
  • Assist with the production and distribution of podcasts and multimedia projects.
  • Support various internal communications initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in professional services (law firm experience preferred).
  • Exceptional writing and communication skill s with the ability to engage all levels of the organization.
  • Strong editorial, content development, and storytelling abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Collaborative mindset and keen attention to detail.
