Job Description
Blu Omega is seeking an Instructional Designer to drive a high-impact initiative focused on building a future-ready DoD workforce. You’ll partner with leadership to assess training needs, design scalable learning programs, and implement strategies that strengthen organizational performance and culture. Location: El Segundo, CA (On-site, 5 days/week)
Clearance: Active Secret Clearance required Key Responsibilities
Analyze and enhance existing training programs to align with mission goals.
Design and deliver engaging, modular, and scalable curricula.
Facilitate workshops, trainings, and strategic planning sessions.
Collaborate with leadership to identify learning gaps and measure outcomes.
Develop communication materials and reports for senior leadership.
Manage training logistics, materials, and continuous improvement efforts. Qualifications
Active Secret Clearance (required).
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or 5+ years of related experience.
Proven experience in workforce training, instructional design, or organizational development.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern learning tools.
Experience with video-based training and editing (preferred).
Strong project management and analytical abilities. Salary Band
$85,000-$115,000
