Position Summary
We are looking for motivated and passionate independent travel agents to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, provide outstanding customer service, and manage all aspects of their itineraries. This is a commission-based opportunity ideal for individuals who are self-driven and eager to grow their client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Work independently to assist clients with their travel planning, including booking accommodations, transportation, and activities.
Provide expert advice on destinations, travel packages, and exclusive deals.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their travel preferences and tailor personalized recommendations.
Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing support before, during, and after their trips.
Utilize company-provided travel leads to generate new business and expand client relationships.
Stay informed on industry trends, promotions, and travel regulations to offer the best options to clients.
Complete the company’s training program to ensure you have the knowledge and tools to succeed.
Obtain and maintain a CLIA membership to enhance your professional expertise and business opportunities.
Requirements
Self-motivated, independent, and highly organized.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for travel and helping others.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple client bookings simultaneously.
Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not required.
Basic familiarity with travel booking systems and online tools is preferred but not necessary.
Comfortable working remotely and using digital platforms for communication and booking.
Access to a computer, phone, and reliable internet connection.

Investment costs**
To help set you up for success, there is a one-time initial investment of $150.00 for the first year, followed by an annual renewal fee of $100. Additionally, a monthly renewal fee of $75.00 begins in your second month with us. These costs cover essential business expenses, including administrative support, training, access to industry tools, and fees charged by our host agency. This investment ensures you have the resources, guidance, and professional credibility needed to grow and thrive as a travel agent.
