Handle large volume of immigration matters
Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues
Draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, appeals, contracts, and agreements
Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings
Provide legal advice and counsel to clients
Stay updated on changes in legislation and regulations affecting the practice areas
Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases and projects
Job Requirements:
2+ years of experience handling immigration matters
Must be fluent in Spanish.
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the Florida Bar
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
