Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
A bit about us: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our leading financial company. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, talent development, and employee relations. The role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach who can work effectively in our fast-paced environment. The HR Business Partner will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results.

Job Details Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
3. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
4. Nurture a positive working environment.
5. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
6. Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
7. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
8. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
9. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
10. Manage the recruitment and selection process.
11. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
12. Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
1. Proven working experience as an HR business partner (5+ years).
2. Excellent people management skills and the ability to manage stakeholders and relationships.
3. Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
4. Knowledge of HR systems and databases, specifically UKG.
5. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
6. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
7. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
8. Degree in Human Resources or related field.
9. Experience in a corporate environment, preferably in the finance industry.
10. Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to make sound decisions based on data.
11. High level of integrity and management of confidential information.
12. Strong understanding of the interviewing process, benefits administration, payroll, and other HR functions.
13. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
