Candidate Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (in-house or agency). Knowledge of sourcing techniques and ATS tools. Experience with Microsoft Office Programs Experience recruiting for [industry-specific roles, e.g., healthcare, tech, manufacturing]. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
