Source candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, internal database). Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring teams. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal hiring policies. Candidate Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (in-house or agency). Knowledge of sourcing techniques and ATS tools. Experience with Microsoft Office Programs Experience recruiting for [industry-specific roles, e.g., healthcare, tech, manufacturing]. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
