Position Overview: Title: Human Resources Specialist Hourly Rate: $18.00 Base Location: Tampa, FL Employment Type: Full-time with flexible, variable scheduling Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements. Source candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, internal database). Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring teams. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal hiring policies. Candidate Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (in-house or agency). Knowledge of sourcing techniques and ATS tools. Experience with Microsoft Office Programs Experience recruiting for [industry-specific roles, e.g., healthcare, tech, manufacturing]. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
